How is my email data handled?

Emails are processed by Claude on Amazon Bedrock and only stored long enough to generate your summary. You can delete any agent (and its history) at any time from your dashboard.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. The Free plan is free forever. Pro Plus is monthly and cancels anytime from your account settings — no email required.

What's a "collection prompt"?

It's a short instruction telling your agent what to extract from each email — for example, "summarize the key takeaway in one sentence" or "list every receipt with merchant, amount, and date." Presets cover common cases.

How fast does an agent process new email?

Emails arrive at your agent address within seconds. Summaries and digests are generated on the cadence you choose — daily, every 3 days, weekly, or custom.

Can I use my own domain?

By default each agent gets a unique address at @mail.hailightsapp.com — copy it once and forget about it. Custom domain support is on the roadmap.
